Impressions Promotions, Inc

Definitions
"Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive" is the interactive on-line service operated by Impressions Promotions Inc. ("Impressions Promotions Inc.") on the World Wide Web of the Internet, consisting of information services and content provided by Impressions Promotions Inc., affiliates of Impressions Promotions Inc. and other third parties. "Subscriber" means each person who establishes or accesses a connection ("Account") for access to and use of Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive.

Accepting the Terms
In order to use Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive if you do not accept the Terms.
You may not use Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Impressions Promotions Inc., or (b) you are a person barred from receiving Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive.

Changed Terms
Impressions Promotions Inc. shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber's use of Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which Subscriber obtains notice thereof. Any use of Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive by Subscriber after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by Subscriber of such changes, modifications or additions.

Termination
Either Impressions Promotions Inc. or Subscriber may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Impressions Promotions Inc. shall have the right to immediately terminate Subscriber's Account in the event of any conduct by Subscriber which Impressions Promotions Inc., in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Subscriber of this Agreement

Indemnification
Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Impressions Promotions Inc., its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive by Subscriber or Subscriber's Account.

Monitoring
Impressions Promotions Inc. shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by Impressions Promotions Inc. and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. Impressions Promotions Inc. shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on Impressions Promotions Inc. Interactive. Without limiting the foregoing, Impressions Promotions Inc. shall have the right to remove any material that Impressions Promotions Inc., in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Spa Promotions

• Your 3 visits must be reserved at least 3 days in advance so we may properly accommodate you.
• Only 1 meal may be redeemed per visit.
• Not valid on holidays, happy hour, or any other special promotions or coupons.
• One certificate per party.
• One certificate per household.
• This certificate is valid dine-in only.
• No cash value for Restaurant-Specific Certificates.
• No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
• Checks should be made payable to Impressions Promotions, Inc.
• Certificate must be presented at time of service or you will be charged full price of the entrees.
• No refunds are available on this offer.
• Non-transferable.
• No substitutions.
• Promotion is valid for 4 months from stamped date.
